How do I care for my new Jewellery?

Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming or any water activity Avoid direct contact with Perfume, lotion, hair spray or any other chemicals Remove your jewellery before going to bed Clean your jewellery with a soft cloth from time to time
Do you accept exchanges?

We exchange in 14 days from date of purchase. As long as the product is in it's original condition we are happy to exchange for another item to the same value. Please contact CK Gems in first instance.
What materials do you use?

We love using all things natural. Our jewellery is made of Sterling Silver and 3 Micron or gold filled rose gold or yellow gold where indicated. 3 Micron 3 micron it is a much thicker layer of gold that gives the pieces their long-lasting colour. We use 3 micron thick layered over sterling silver. Gold-Filled Jewellery Gold-filled jewellery has a thick layer of gold fused with a base metal. The higher deposit of gold offers an anti-tarnish, long-wear finish. This is the closest you can get to solid gold without the price tag. High-quality gold-filled jewellery that is cared for can last for years.

Do you accept refunds?

No refunds are issued unless the product is proven faulty. Any faulty product must be made known to us within 24 hours after product was recieved. You must not continue to wear a faulty product or no refund or exchange will be offered. See or policy here.
